About Amanda Dehling

Amanda Dehling is a northerner who calls the Yukon home. She has experience living and working in various parts of the north, having spent time in the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Alaska. Amanda is familiar with the uniqueness of the various regions, and the importance of supporting community and advancing the relationship between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples.

As a mother of two, she strongly feels the Yukon and the advancements of the region continue to show leadership to other regions in Canada and beyond. She enjoys hiking, running and you can find her often outside on an adventure with her two girls! Amanda is committed to contributing to the region, and community, as a member of the Assembly of First Nations – Yukon Region team.
